CHANTERELLE POWDER

Wild harvested Chanterelles that were washed well, sliced, and dehydrated, then powdered for use in cooking and baking!  Powdered Chanterelles, retain both their uniquely "fruity" aroma and flavor, and their health benefits! 

Your mushrooms will be stored whole, here, and powdered to order.  By doing this, we maximize the freshness of the powder you receive! 

There's no end to the ways this mushroom powder can be used, but here are some ideas to get you started: 

• Add it to broths, soups, and sauces both to improve the flavor and serve as a thickener.
• When making an omelet, sprinkle some mushroom powder along with the cheese, just before folding.
• Sprinkle it on homemade pizzas!
• Brown it in some butter (with other seasonings, if desired) and pour over breads or popcorns. 
• Use it when baking breads and biscuits, replacing up to 1/3 of the flour with mushroom powder.
• Blend it with other spices for a uniquely delicious meat/burger rub.
