Refund policy
THE GENERAL REFUND POLICY:
- Unless the refund is needed due to an error on our part, the cost of processing your initial payment (generally around 3% of the total) will be deducted from the amount we refund back to you because Shopify requires us to pay that even if we send your money back.
- If you're unhappy with an item you've received, please contact us so we can do our best to make it right!
FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS OF ITEMS THAT WERE SCHEDULED TO BE PICKED UP AT THE DHA FARMERS MARKET:
- IF YOU GOT EGGS: Contact Danny at 404) 219-3650 as soon as you realize you won't be able to make it. If the market is still open and you don't want us to hold your eggs until the following week, Danny will do his best to sell your eggs to another customer. If he succeeds in selling them, you'll be refunded for the whole order. If he can't sell the eggs, they won't be refunded because we won't have an opportunity to sell them to another customer. Everything else in the order, however, will be refunded to you. (See also #1 in the general refund policy.)
- IF YOU DIDN'T GET EGGS: You can either choose to have us hold your items until the following week or refund your order. (See also #1 in the general refund policy.)
FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS OF ITEMS THAT WERE SHIPPED OR SCHEDULED TO BE SHIPPED:
- IF YOU ORDERED AN ITEM REQUIRING REFRIGERATION IN HOPES THAT WE WOULD SHIP IT: We've gone out of our way to make sure people understand that we absolutely cannot ship items requiring refrigeration. If you somehow missed all the notifications and ordered one of those items for shipping we will issue you a refund instead of sending those items. (See also #1 in the general refund policy.)
