We currently offer meat from birds we've raised here on the farm.  Please know that we're deeply concerned about the ethical care and humane processing of meat animals!  We also believe that taking good care of the animals who feed us has a direct impact on both the quality and the flavor of their meat (with which I'm sure you'll agree, once you taste it)!  I assure you that our birds are NOT housed in the inhumane conditions that factory-farmed animals are subjected to!  As soon as they're old enough to regulate their own body temperature, they get to go spend their days outside in an open enclosure full of wild pasture greens!  And because we are what we eat, these birds have been fed NON-GMO feed (along with the bugs and plants they find for themselves)!
