ALL MEAT WILL ARRIVE FROZEN!

We currently offer meat from the ethically raised birds we raise, ourselves, and ethically raised pork sausage from our good friends up the way.  We're passionate about the ethical care and humane processing of meat animals!  We also believe that caring for the animals who feed us has a direct impact on both the quality and the nutrition of their meat!  I assure you that neither our birds nor the pigs raised by our friends are housed in the inhumane conditions factory-farmed animals are subjected to!!  As soon as they're old enough to regulate their own body temperature, they get to spend their days outside in open, grassy, fields where they can dig around in the grass and soak up the sun's rays! 

NOTE:  Commercial poultry producers receive subsidies to artificially lower their prices, then they cut costs further in ways that cause harm to the animals and reduce the nutritional quality of their meat.  We do not.  We care deeply about, and work to ensure, the wellbeing and HAPPINESS of these birds from day one.  That, plus the  fact that our birds are fed NON-GMO feed, veggies, and the grasses/weeds/bugs they forage for, means our birds are far, FAR superior to store bought birds in both nutritional quality and flavor!
