DRIED MUSHROOMS

When they're available, we'll list dried edible mushrooms in this section.  (These will have been wild harvested on our property unless otherwise specified.)

A NOTE ABOUT THE MUSHROOMS:

While there are many other types of edible mushrooms in our woods, we stick to the ones I was trained to easily identify thru their unique characteristics.  These include several varieties of orange/yellow Chanterelles, Cinnabars (Red Chanterelles), Black Trumpets (also a Chanterelle), Lobsters, a few varieties of Oysters, and a couple varieties of Jelly Mushrooms (Wood Ears, primarily).  Mushrooms that rehydrate well after dehydration are sold intact, and mushrooms that do NOT rehydrate well will be offered in powdered form.  (See more about mushroom powders on those item pages.)

In addition to the edible mushrooms, from time to time I'll list some "medicinal mushrooms", such as Turkey Tails, in the Herbal Products category!
