Winter Medley Jam is surprisingly delicious, if I do say so myself! It’s the dark horse of my jams, as no one seems to expect to like it until they actually TRY it and declare it an instant favorite. 😂 If you could taste a warm hug on a Wintery morning, this would be the flavor! It’s made with ingredients that are rich in both nutrients and phytochemicals, to nourish your body and bolster your immune system against pesky colds and viruses! I actually ended up blending in some of my Kudzu Jelly batch into this one because I needed something to help mellow out the earthiness of the beets and the intensity of the elderberries. In the end, that combination along with a blend of spices and a bit of crystallized orange juice make this jam the treat that it is! It reminds me a lot of the orange spiced tea my mom used to make for us whenever we were sick! ♥️
