One bunch of wild-picked Wild Garlic, which grows vigorously all over Taylor Farms in Roanoke, AL.  If you aren't familiar with Wild Garlic, it's used in much the same way as Scallions or Green Onions (but with the added pungency of garlic, instead).  The whole plant---root bulb, lower stalk, and green leaves can be used.  Safe to eat raw, but generally tastier when chopped finely and cooked up in stir fries, soups, omelettes, and hash.  Don't miss out on this unique treasure!
