THIS SALAD MIX CONTAINS: 

1.) Wild & cultivated leafy greens, including:  Red & Green Leaf Lettuce, Mizuna, Baby Bok Choi, Baby Spinach Chard, Baby Spinach, Baby Sugar Snap Pea (Leaf), Wild Violet, Pine Sprouts, Wood Sorrel, Baby Kale. 
2.) Wild and cultivated flowers, including:  White & Yellow Clover, Wild Violet, Komatsuna, Arugula, Kale, Wood Sorrel, and/or Chickweed.

(NOTE:  When we purchased this house three years ago we were given confirmation that pesticides have not been used here in at least a decade.  So our wild plants are same to consume!)
