SAUCE: STRAWBERRY SHEBANG (12oz)

Sold in 12 ounce jars (equal to one regular and one small jam jar), this strawberry sauce is sure to knock your socks off!  I started by soaking organic strawberries overnight in a concentrated tea made from organic pineapple sage blossoms and organic lavender.  The larger pieces of fruit were then strained out and set aside with some of the juice for making strawberry jam or cobbler, while the bulk of the juice was blended with spices to become syrup!  Unlike the cringe-worthy "strawberry" syrup you see at restaurants and ice cream parlors, this syrup is thick with bits of actual berries and the true strawberry flavor practically explodes in your mouth!  It's the perfect addition to SO MANY favorite foods, like pancakes and waffles, pound cake, ice cream, angel food cake, yogurt, you name it!  Quantities are limited, so try it while we have it!
