We took some of our abundant wild blackberries and instead of cooking them in plain water, we used a concentrated tea made from the blossoms of our even more abundant kudzu vines! Trust me, it's a match made in heaven! And because we use less sugar than traditional recipes call for, this spreadable, seedless, jam is bursting with fruit flavor!
INGREDIENTS: Wild Blackberries, Organic Kudzu Blossom Tea (with filtered water), Organic Sugar, Pectin, Sea Salt, Butter
