One bunch of organically grown (unwashed) Daikon Radishes.  One bunch will typically include 4-6 of these long, slender radishes (depending on their size).

Daikon radishes are noticeably sweeter than many other radishes, and although they do have some hot notes at the end they're on the mild side. 

RADISH TIP:  If they start to soften, revive them in a bowl of ice water for about an hour.  (This trick works with both whole and cut radishes.)

While not officially certified organic, these radishes have been grown using organic and naturally, sustainably grown standards.  Rest assured that they'll be a safe and wholesome addition to your family's diet!
