Unlike Bantam eggs, which have a larger yolk-ro-white ratio, Quail eggs are perfect miniatures of chicken eggs. They therefore make perfect miniature fried eggs!!
TIP: Because the inner shell membrane is incredibly strong, you’ll find scissors are the easiest way to open a quail egg!
