1/2 Dozen Quail Eggs from our own farm.  Depite being approximately 1/3 the size of a large chicken egg, Quail Eggs pack quite a nutritional punch!  (See the full nutritional analysis below.)  

Unlike Bantam eggs, which have a larger yolk-ro-white ratio, Quail eggs are perfect miniatures of chicken eggs.  They therefore make perfect miniature fried eggs!!  

TIP:  Because the inner shell membrane is incredibly strong, you’ll find scissors are the easiest way to open a quail egg!
