POTATOES: TEENY WEENIES (1 LB)

1 pound of organically grown Teeny Weenie Potatoes from our own garden.  "Teeny Weenie" isn't exactly their official name, it's just what we affectionately call these tiny Fingerling "babies".  Big growers toss these puny little spuds aside for being undersized, but I was convinced they were worth sparing.  And I was RIGHT!  They're perfect for tossing into soups, because you don't have to wait around for ages for them to cook thru!  And you can saute or pan fry them whole or simply sliced in half!!  (If you want to try roasting them, bear in mind that they take a fraction of the usual time to cook, and if you leave them in too long you may be left with nothing but peel!)
