Don't worry, these aren't the "burn your face off" kind of peppers, but even the mildest ones are plenty hot enough to make your mouth stand up and take notice!
TIP: They say the longer a hot pepper sits in your fridge, the hotter it becomes. Also, the most intense heat is located in the seeds and the white flesh the seeds are attached to. So if you scrape those out before using the peppers, the heat will be greatly reduced.
