1/8 pound of organically grown Cayenne Peppers, perfect for those who like playing with fire! From the drop down menu choose either the somewhat milder Green Cayenne Pepper (HOT), or the Mixed Cayenne Peppers (HOTTER) which contain some of the hottest red ones as well as some of the ones in between green and red. FYI, Cayenne peppers are said to be considerably hotter than Jalapenos. But as with any hot pepper, if you remove the seeds and pith before using, you''ll greatly reduce the intensity. Just remember to wear gloves when slicing them or your fingers will be in for a world of hurting!
