The cows of Simply Southern Family Farm are given unlimited freedom to graze on grassy pastures, living the way a cow was made to live.  The majority of their diet consists of grass, but supplemental grains are also available in feeders so they can choose to include grain in their diet if they're so inclined.  They're given no antibiotics or hormones.  This meat is GOOD stuff.
