Mexican Tarragon (AKA Mexican Mint Margold) makes a wonderful addition to neat, egg, and/or potato dishes! Both the leaves & the flowers are edible, and also used in a tea that’s especially helpful with upset stomachs. In Mexico, this pretty little herb is even used in chocolate desserts!
