Shhh.....Don't tell anyone, but this jam is actually the secret love child of Apple Butter and Apple Jelly! So if you appreciate the moist, silky texture of jelly but long for the intense flavor of apple butter, this baby's for you! (One of my nephews actually loves this jam so much that when he helps out around here he asks to be paid in jam, not money!)
INGREDIENTS: Organic Apples, Organic Sugar, Kudzu Blossom Tea (made with filtered water), Organic Maple Syrup, Pectin, Unsulphored Molasses, Lemon Juice, Cinnamon, Allspice, Sea Salt, Ginger, Butter, Nutmeg. 8 ounce jar
