One large wedge (generally in the 5-6 oz range) of absolutely divine handcrafted Jack & Dill Cheese from Udderly Cool Creamery in Roopville, GA! We've been searching for a local creamery whose practices we can feel good about, and whose products we truly enjoy. AND WE'VE FINALLY FOUND THEM!!! This cheese is absolutely heavenly and worth every penny (and then some), and the Greens, themselves, are equally wonderful people!
Danny and I absolutely LOVE this cheese in omelettes! The flavor is a bit hard to describe, aside from the soft note of dill, but it's distinctly different from the original Jack.

"Our cheeses, handcrafted in our creamery by cheesemaker/owner, Jeff Green, contain no preservatives, antibiotics, artificial ingredients or colors. We transport 100% fresh, raw, milk from the Berry College Dairy in Rome Georgia and pasteurize using the low-temp vat pasteurization method.
It has been about 10 years since we were blessed to build our creamery and begin making cheese here in the rolling hills of Roopville, Georgia.
