One large wedge (generally in the 5-6 oz range) of absolutely divine handcrafted Gouda Cheese from Udderly Cool Creamery in Roopville, GA! We've been searching for a local creamery whose practices we can feel good about, and whose products we truly enjoy. AND WE'VE FINALLY FOUND THEM!!! This cheese is absolutely heavenly and worth every penny (and then some), and the Greens, themselves, are equally wonderful people!
