1/4 pound of unwashed Wild Spinach (Lambsquarters) from our farm.  

I’ve spent the last few years nurturing and protecting the patches of Wild Spinach I located, hoping to one day have enough to share with you guys.  It looks like this might be the year!  


Lambsquarters truly is the BEST “tastes like spinach” green I’ve ever tried.  It’s also an excellent source of Vitamins A & C, Calcium, Manganese, Omegas 3 & 6, Protein, and Fiber.  In fact, its nutrient content is SUPERIOR to that of Spinach!
