1/2 pound of organically and wild grown, unwashed, mixed adult salad greens PLUS a delicious blend of  brassica buds and wild greens!  This blend is sincerely the most nutrient-packed salad mix around!!

THIS SALAD BLEND WILL CONTAIN SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

SALAD GREENS:  Red Kale, Romaine, Spinach, Assorted Red and Green Lettuces, Sugar Snap Pea Leaves, Green & Purple Bok Choi, Beet Greens, and Perpetual Spinach.

BRASSICA BUDS:  Unopened flower bud clusters from brassicas such as Broccoli, Kale, Komatsuna, Pac Choy, and Arugula.  (NOTE:  The buds of these plants have a sweeter, milder taste than the leaves sometimes have.)

WILD GREENS:  Two types of Wild Violet (Viola) leaves, Wood Sorrel, Sheep Sorrel, and baby Lambsquarters (AKA Wild Spinach).
