GREENS: BABY KOMATSUNA (1/4 lb)

1/4 pound of delicious organically grown, unwashed, Baby Komatsuna greens (AKA Japanese Mustard Spinach greens) from our own farm. Although these delicious greens taste like a hybrid blend of spinach and mustard, they're actually neither of those plants!  They ARE, however, part of the Brassica family like mustard.  If you enjoy mustard but don't like its spicy bite, this is just what you're looking for!  These baby leaves are tender enough for use in salads.  Delicious both raw and cooked!  

While not officially certified organic, these greens have been grown using organic and naturally, sustainably grown standards.  Rest assured that they'll be a safe and wholesome addition to your family's diet!
