1/2 pound of young (AKA green) Mixed Sweet White Onions from our farm. We had a sneaky turkey hide in the onion garden to hatch her young, and they apparently find onion foliage DELICIOUS. 🙄 So many of these young onions had to have their damaged leaves removed, rather than leaving them on as usual. But all that means is that you end up with more onion bulb vs greens in this 1/2 pound!
