One pint (just under 3/4 LB) of organically grown scuppernong grapes. Scuppernongs are a type of bronze-pink muscadine, and boast the same delicious sweet and slightly tart flavor (although these can sometimes be a touch sweeter, if you ask me)! If you're from the South, you're probably already familiar with these gems. Although all parts are safe to eat, traditionally we bite the thick skin and suck out the pulp, then spit out any seeds.
