This is NOT your Mama’s Blueberry Syrup, and it just might just be my proudest achievement! Between the enhanced flavor that came from including pureed blueberries (with the seeds and all but the tiniest bits of pulp strained out) and that little kick of our own dried Cayenne peppers, this syrup doesn’t just sing in your mouth—it throws a full-on dance party!!! You’re gonna want to try it on everything!
NOTE: The syrup may thicken in cool temperatures, but a quick zap in the microwave and a good stirring will fix it right up!
