One pound of organically grown fresh Roselle Calyxes.  These are the "hips" of the Thai Roselle Hibiscus flower.  They have the color and tartness of cranberries, and are in fact often referred to as "Florida Cranberries".  Most recipes use only the petal-like red sections of the calyx and discard the green seed pod hidden within, but all parts are edible.  Roselle is primarily used in sauces, jam/jelly, cocktails and teas (think Red Zinger!), but there are many other fun ways to use it.  (Note:  Chopped Roselle can also be subbed in for dried cranberries in any recipe!)  Here are some links to recipes (I'm afraid you'll probably have to cut and paste them into your browser):
