VEGAN-FRIENDLY RECIPE!

This proved to be my most difficult recipe creation yet, but I couldn't be happier with the final result! I'd already been collecting assorted wild flowers with multiple ideas on how I might use them, when we suddenly found ourselves with an abundance of overripe and damaged melons that couldn't be sold. So it dawned on me that maybe I could bring the flowers and fruit together into one jam. Don't worry, it doesn't actually TASTE like melon. Seriously, no one on earth would guess melon is anywhere in this jam. It has a slight tartness with caramel-like notes. Thanks to the ultra-sweetness of the melon, I was also able to use even less sugar than I've used in my other jams (which are all made with reduced sugar themselves).
INGREDIENTS: Organic Cantaloupe and Creme De La Creme Melon, Organic Herbal Tea (made with Wild Sorrel, Wild Clover Blossoms, Wild Spiderwort Blossoms, and Filtered Water), Organic Sugar, Organic Lime Juice, Pectin, Pure Vanilla Extract, Pure Almond Extract, Sea Salt, Coconut Oil
