Organically grown butternut squash from our own farm as well as Blackjack Ridge Farm.  This deliciously sweet, incredibly nutritious, winter squash has a subtle pumpkin-like flavor and can be used in all sorts of ways.  You can simply cut it in half, scoop out the seeds, and bake it in the oven; or you can peel and chop it up for stir frying or using in soup.  A quick Google search will give you countless suggestions for how to use it!

  • LARGE:  1.66-2.10 Lbs
  • EXTRA LARGE:  2.11-2.65 Lbs
  • GRANDE:  2.66 Lbs and higher
