Small loaves of made-from-scratch French-style bread. Unlike traditional French bread, ours is softer and slightly richer in flavor because we add in our duck eggs (whereas most French bread has no egg at all). We had to make these loaves in half-loaf portions because the full sizes were a bit too long for our bread bags and too likely to crush slightly when handled. One loaf is roughly three large portions, so be sure to buy as many loaves as you need.
INGREDIENTS: Flour, Filtered Water, Duck Egg, Canola Oil, Organic Sugar, Yeast, Sea Salt
