After that first amazing harvest, the Ginger Gold apples have been a bit too soft for my liking. So we're selling them as cooking apples, which includes a significantly reduced price per pound, even though they're not actually severely bruise, etc, like cooking apples usually are. If you like softer apples, you'll enjoy these. And if you DON'T like softer apples, they're still excellent for thinks like baked apples and applesauce! Choose 3 lbs or 6 lbs from the drop down menu!
