Either 1/4 or 1/2 pound of unwashed, organically grown Salad Mix, made with an assortment of Young and Baby Lettuces plus the following tender greens:  Baby Red Russian Kale, Baby Purple Pac Choi, Baby Purple Kale, chopped Tokyo Bekana, and chopped Spinach.  This mix is ready for your favorite dressing and add-ins! 

Use the drop-down menu to choose your size:  SMALL = 1/4 lb, enough to make 2 meal-sized or 4 side salads.

LARGE = 1/2 lb, enough to make four meal-sized or 8 side salads.
