ONE XL MUFFIN PER ORDER (adjust quantities in your shopping cart).  Each muffin will weigh weigh more than 3 ounces, often as much as 3.5 ounces.  

It took me a few trials to settle on a muffin I was satisfied with, but by jove I think we've got it!  Made using the same organic blueberries we sell and topped with a sugary crust, these muffins nearly made Danny lose his mind!  I used almond milk instead of dairy, for those with allergies, and to boost the nutrition factor I subbed in some freshly ground oatmeal flour and flax seed meal.  And, as always, I used duck eggs instead of chicken eggs to give it that extra something.  Due to the high price of blueberries, these muffins are just a bit more expensive.
