WILD GARLIC w/ CHIVES (2oz)

2 oz of Wild-Harvested, unwashed, fresh/green Garlic with their Chives from our farm!  Like its cultivated cousin, fresh/green Wild Garlic has a sweeter, more subdued flavor than mature garlic, and its Chives are tender enough to eat along with the bulb.  But as is true with all foods, when it comes to the health benefits of garlic, the wild version reigns supreme!!  Wild Garlic is even more effective at lowering high blood pressure and reducing cholesterol; has stronger antibacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-inflammatory properties; is richer in gut-balancing probiotics; and so much more!  Because its flavor is far less pungent than cultivated garlic, Wild Garlic is also one of those rare wild plants that taste BETTER than their cultivated counterparts!  

Wild Garlic bulbs are smaller than cultivated types, and at the green stage they may just have one main bulb (rather than several).  Your order will be made up of plants that have a bulb ranging from a penny to a quarter in size, but if I happen to accidentally pull up any younger plants with next to no bulb and ultra tender chives, I’ll add them in for you!
